Forward or reverse kegle exercises? Dull pain in flatline....

    So in my nearly 3 month flatline I feel a dull pain between my ballz and a**

    Pushing out (the reverse Kegle) feels pretty beneficial

    Lifting up (normal Kegle) is OK too but might hurt a little.

    I don't know what I was doing during PMO but I am guessing pulling upwards / normal Kegle.

    Is that area of my body "missing" all the PMO exercising?

    Anyhow I am massaging it and trying reverse and forward exercises.
