Four days

Discussion in 'New to NoFap' started by Deleted Account, Jun 18, 2019.

  1. Four days. Yes every day for four days I have turned to porn, and in two of those days I Oed. I’m tried of it, I’m almost tired of living. I need to stop, I have tried so many times but I have no idea how. This habit has almost completely ruined my life. Even on my strongest days I cannot ever seem to get past one week.

I’m tired of this. I need to break free, somehow.

Man, first 7-8 days are the hardest, in my opinion.
After 7-8 days will be easy.
Stand up and fight! Belive me, is worth it!

  3. I hope so. I’ve been in a terrible cycle since I was like 14... Have never been able to go longer then two weeks. But recently it’s been like every 5 days, except the last few days, its been everyday. I will keep trying. I want to be free. What are your tricks? Right now my addiction is so strong I don’t have a single ounce of strength in me to fight it and I give in right away.

    Welcome man!

Everybody had its bad days... but fear not! If you commit to reboot, you'll get out of it but it may take some time (depending on your story etc..)
Rebooting is for the mind and body meaning stop PMO and brainwash yourself reading Nofap materials, about healthy life style.

A relapse is not scary, not studying why you relapsed is scary!!

A post that really helped me, tackle rebooting from TCM point of view : https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/6-years-clean-rebooting-as-the-best-remedy.135983/

    Have a nice journey!

  5. Thank you so much. I will take this to heart. I like how you said not to study why I relapsed is scary. Never thought of that.

  7. Welcome @LariJ. You have made the second step towards real recovery. The first step being acknowledging your problem, and the 2nd being confessing it to someone else. We can beat this addiction together.

  8. Thanks so much for the support. It’s much appreciated

  9. Just thought I’d put an update so I can keep my mind fixed on this.

I haven’t relapsed thankfully which at this point is good for me. Just to reach 24 hours clean is going to be big.

I’m still filled with so much emptiness. Funny how I can be filled with nothing. I seem to just be going through the motions of work and life without thinking. I’m just kinda there breathing and working but no emotion no feeling no life.

I worry once this feeling passed I’ll relapse again. That’s always how it’s been. Same stupid cycle. Same stupid pattern.

This will help you a lot, watch this and say goodbye to urges forever

    https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/if-youre-struggling.232140/

But however urges are sometimes attacking even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^

  11. Thanks @Always be positive for the help. I have actually been vegan for the last year. It’s actually really helped my mental state.
