1/6. Had a good day.
2/6 another good day. Tired, but otherwise fine.
Five clean days under my belt, and it starts feeling like I'm holding something valuable again.
True opportunities for clean living can come only after you break out of the cycle of failure where a relapse costs you nothing.

3/6 Day had a a couple of ups and downs, but kept myself busy and got a lot done.
Relapsed yestarday. Today day 0.
4/6 not much to say. A busy day of socialising so went by easily.
One week clean! Oh hell, when was the last time? Feels good.
5/6 had a tough day mentally, but trying to stay strong
Step four soon completed. This pace must be maintained. When you get going in nofap, stay away from the break pedal.
6/6 done. Was a long step, but got through it. 1/7 also done, but got a lot of mental strain atm, which is trying to wear me down.
I'm back after suffering so much relapse Three days back.
I'm restarting all over it back to step 1, hopefully this can make me not doing that again.
