FREAK I JUST RELAPSED

So I just freaking relapsed after going 20 days without PMO and 22 days without porn. I knew that there was a chance that this could happen but I didn't think it would hit this quickly. I felt like I had everything under control. That was until a couple days ago when my anxiety and stress levels started to go up a bit and well it led to a fap session. I told myself that I wasn't going to let that fap session make me fall. Well unfortunately I did.

It sucks to be back at day 1 again but I know that there have been many guys and girls who have been in this situation before. I mean hey this is literally the longest streak I have had. I am going to learn from these mistakes that I made during my 22 days and come out better from them.

i understand the reason to relapse i use to relapse cause it was tranquility to my worries an sadness, i realize i must face my sad feelings, feel the feelings an learn from them they well fade away again , keeping self in uncomfortable situations is how we success more
