The United State Department of Agriculture has this free tracker called the Super Tracker that I have been using to track my exercise, calories, nutrition, weight, and much more.

    Here is the link:

I feel that switching my diet/exercise is an important part of my rebooting/rehabilitation.

Currently, I'm exercising 6 days a week and eating more calories (healthy calories) to try and gain muscle.

Check it out if you are also exercising/eating better while partaking in the ultimate challenge.

That looks interesting. I definitely agree that for me eating properly maintaining a schedule and exercising regularly helps. One of my biggest personal regrets was how much time I wasted looking for porn. I just want to say good luck to you and I hope you can succeed on your goals.

I use myfitnesspal.com Same basic idea.

Absolutely agree - eating right and exercise is a big part of this. I went about things a different way. I started by eating healthier / exercising but continuing to view porn and masturbate. I noticed that days when I did masturbate, were usually days when I ate less healthy or sometimes went over my calorie goal. Just like one positive decision can lead to another, one negative decision can lead to another as well. I finally decided that if I was serious about being healthy - the porn habit had to go too.

  4. Hey me too! I use it a lot (41 days today, yay!)! Would you mind adding me? Anyone that want is welcome, I'd like to have some fapstronauts friends! My username is mkultrando, I'm in London!

Also, I've lost 10kg thanks to NoFap. I'm not overweight anymore. Nuff said? I started running. And I'm still losing weight.

Personally I think the general eating guidelines our governments give us are completely wrong, I like the Ray Peat way of eating.

Yep. Been using MyFitnessPal for around 5 years now. I find it very helpful for tracking lots of stuff.

If you're referring to the old food pyramid, it is horribly wrong. I remember we used it as a source of study in one of my nutrition courses for it's ... wrongness, but it's stuck around for so long because of stubborn people.

Everyone's nutritional needs are unique. What works for you may not work for someone else.

A nutrition and diet tracker with unique features. Easily track the nutrient value of the food you eat and then review your nutrition app entries regularly to identify patterns that are keeping you from losing weight and living a healthy life style. Maintaining a diet plan that helps you loosed weight reguires you to track calories accurately. Careot - the app that cares is an app that makes it easy to track calories and record each food item accurately.
