Free from PMO since October 30th

Hi guys,

October 30th was the last time i viewed porn... As most of you know first week free from PMO is insane! I'm currently in the flatline period. Hoping this works. Any tips or motivation send it my way. I decided to get on NOFAP.

Welcome! I can't wait until I get to that point. I'm still in my first week with a little hiccup, but staying strong and using it as a learning experience.
 
Thanks Guys! I don't want to jinx this awesome process! BUT, I feel like this is really working I feel better in the GYM and mentally at work on a daily basis! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO PMO! This is only the first month I'm excited to see were this journey takes me!
