    How to reduce the frequency of wet dreams?
    Relaxing the bc muscles and doing kegel for pc muscles is enough ? Doing kegel for pc muscles have any side effects ?

    Your thoughts and emotions when you fall asleep definitely influence your dreams. This is good because it is something you can change.
    If you are thinking about sex when you fall asleep then it is very likely you will have wet dreams.
    Quitting social media is definitely a good idea! But you could do other activities to focus your mind on something other than sex, like reading a book, listening to chill out music, or guided meditations. Its more about setting your mind on the right track than exercising your body. Anything that gets your mind to relax and be at peace will help you sleep better and have nice relaxed dreams.
