From 0 to 30+ days.. but no tips!

    I hit my 30th days without PMO a couple of days ago.
    I’m very happy, but i tried to think...why should i open a thread here.. it can be helpful? My words will sound fresh and useful for all these people out there?
    Well, i don’t know, i hope so and i decided to write a couple of lines for you all, hoping to help you.
    No tips.
    Luckily this forum is full of useful tips and habits to help us reach this goal.

    I wanna say i’ve been clean for 30 and more days but i’m not out of this sh!. I’m still in the middle of the jungle, wild animals are all around me even if can’t see them.
    Sometimes i feel the urge of Masturbate or Porn, or both.
    But i can handle it, more then ever.

    The good news is: i really feel better.
    Less unsecure, more calm, focused, it’s like a permanent meditation state.
    This let me understand who i am. I always thought i was an introvert guy, balancing the good and bad of this character. Accepting this.
    I don’t think it was true, it was just the only thing i was able to feel/be/achieve, and i built my existence upon that.

    Maybe you, like me, will not totally heal from your disease in 30 days, but i can assure you will feel better, gaining new energy for the rest of the journey.

    Now i can jump into cold showers, i do my workout 3times a week and my muscles are growing, thanks to a low-carb diet also.

    My next milestone will be 45 days (half of 90 days).
    I hope to post here this result!

    Day 39, six days to my next step!!

    Yesterday i felt down, maybe because i injured my chest/shoulder during my last workout...
    or maybe because i’m allowing a “cheat-day” in my diet, so that day is normally full of pizza/snacks/cakes!! and leads to a sugar up&down which (sometimes only) reflects on my mood, the day after...
    By the way i’m here, still fighting...

    I notice i can manage my sexual fantasies more then the first days, and this is cool...
    i decided to allow this in my path here, because i wanted to reach a point of normal, not compulsive fantasies during my day...

    You are succeeding bro. I am also trying to do that. But yesterday only I went into relapse. I tried hard to get out of my urges but ultimately I failed. However, I am trying again.
