frustration

I can't believe how these stupid frustrating days can totally wipe you out. I am so pissed at myself, and with the stupid shit going one I want to just say screw it all. These past three months of counseling and working with NoFap and my CSA seem like it was all for nothing. This week was supposed to be a start at working on my anger and temper. Now it seems lime all hell has been unleased on me and I just can't do it. I did all the normal things to keep me on track and still blew it. WTF.
