    I was soo close to completing my day one but then due to being v horny I had a hot chat with a friend and that is where I lost myself.

    Its been 17 hours on nofap, I was again about to give up but the emergency button saved me.
    The night is coming and it is going to be v difficult, But I will survive the night and clear day 1.
    I will keep you guys updated.
