Life is tough, it is. It can make you feel like your the king of the world, or a piece of gum under someones shoe. I am struggling really bad with this addiction. I feel hopeless and pissed of at the world. But I just tell myself that tomorrow will be a new day. I just need to do better than yesterday. And if I keep doing that I will become a better person. Don't give up, because everyone is struggling with something.

 

same here bro i also struggling with this dirty addiction i know that the consequence will not good but still i do and i dont know how to handle myself when i start to watch nude stuff and i get so angry to me the highest steak was 61 which broke by own what was your last highest steaks

 

That's why you need addiction - to cover up and medicate the hatred of your life that you have.

Only hard fight, every day struggle and a lot of self-motivation, but in the end all this struggle pays of.

 

212 days is awesome score, how you did it, what was your strategy? Firts days are always the hardest, I recomend to try to do internet/social media detox to cut off all temptisions. Apply with a lot of nature, walking in the parks, working out etc.
