if you are a PMO addict (if youre on this site, you probably are. If you watch PMO every 1-2 days you probably are) - this will not work. Your brain and physiology will not recover from this "partial" (not really) detox.

Many of us do. And as a sex-addict myself, I used this excuse for years to justify my addiction. Part of being a man and being mature is not giving into temptation 24/7 and learning to control urges. PMO exacerbates them, makes the "sex drive" we THINK we have 100x higher. It's *not* a "natural' sex drive because we've never known "natural." My guess is you've been looking at PMO regularly for at least 4-5 years already - am I right?

You need to do a full 90 days without PMO to start recovery. Don't be a slave to sex addiction, you are young enough that you can recover without throwing away decades of your life like I did.
