Hi all, I am new here, after deciding I would like to do a reboot and fix my sexual habits. I'm attempting to place this reboot journey within a wider and more holistic approach I want to take toward my life. If anyone has any advice on how eating healthily can help during a reboot, let me know! I'm wanting to also start mediating everyday as well as yoga and intermitent fasting. Thanks all
