Get through a boring job

So one of my huge stumbling blocks is boredom. If I get bored and my brain starts wanting stimulation, I have a hard time stopping the fap-train from leaving the station. Because of this, I have a bit of a problem. My job involves sitting in a cubicle all day doing work that takes almost no brainpower or attention. Hence, it is very easy to get bored and let the mind wander.

That's what happened to me today. Over my entire shift I created an entire erotic story in my mind and replayed it over and over. As soon as I was off my shift I made for the bathroom and MO'd in one of the bathroom stalls. I then came home and had "fun" with my wife. After that I went off to my hidey-hole and PMO'd. One boring shift and I go out of control. At least one was a healthy release.

Any advice on getting through boredom unscathed?

I have the same problem. My job is boring as fuck. All I do is stare at a computer screen and make phone calls. Most of the time I'm just looking at IG girls or mindlessly browsing the Internet.
