    Hello guys

    Is it considerd relapse if I get intimate with my girl without going further ??

    I'm on 90 days program,is it considerd Edging ??

    Is it bad for rebooting program ??

    I would be glad if someone answer on these questions

    As I understand it, sex with a partner is okay. Its only if you were in hard mode and got intimate with someone would that count as a relapse.

    I don't know whether its bad for your program; that depends on what your goal is here. If you're trying to put the focus back on your relationship intimacy, then fooling around is a good thing -- at least, in my humble opinion.

    As I dont have an ED I didnt choose the hard mode, I only want to foucs on my relationship as I'll be getting married in next summer.

    I only want to stop PMO and ordinary Mstrbdng ?
