Getting Started & Committed to Nofap

Hello fellow fapstronauts
I'm going to finally commit to Nofap and see what happens. I found about Nofap for some years ago and read about different experiences. I didn't believe I was addicted but I have tried abstaining many times the past 2 years and last about 2 weeks at most. I joined the forum community to mark my commitment. I started yesterday making today Day 2. My goal is to reach a month at least...ideally it would be amazing to last the remaining months of this year.
