Getting started.. New here

Hello everyone.
I'm a 27 years old guy, from Brazil (so forgive some possible lenguage mistakes). I'm currently 4 days without masturbating/porn, and I know from my self-knowledge, that it's really hard to me to pass much more days than that.
Despite the fact I know this community since some years ago, my frustration in not to reach quit porn for myself, today I logged in here for the first time. I recently realized that I already spended more than half of my life on masturbating, and I cant even imagine how it will be It without this addiction. I tried to stop several times, but I belive with the help of this community, i can improve my chances to suceed.
