    I started with NoFap since 18th Dec 2013.. I jus continued it for a week..then I thought of extending it to a month.. Now am planning for 2months.. The only thing that's helping me to control lust is by controlling lust in thought, in word and in deed.. It is only then easily possible to go as long as I want..
