Getting very strong urge after 7 days

    I tried to do NoFap for 1 month(Dec) but after 7 days I start getting very strong urge that I'm not able to control.
    Actually I'm thinking to make my 2018 PMO free and I was doing a rehearsal but within 15 days I relapse.
    So please help me to fulfill my this dream successful. Need some strong motivation.

    Same with me. The urges would be lessen once you crossed 2-3 weeks of no PMO. Use the Emergency Button of NoFap when you get any urges. Stay Strong !!
