ghost stories

  1. i want to share some of my experiences and my family members with supernatural things.
When i was a kid i went to my room and opened the door, it was dark and quiet, infront of me i saw my dog, she was blue and looked like many particle dots put together, she than vanished, almost like the particles started dispersing into nothingness, thats the only time i can recall something like that happening.
I have had many times where i would see my dog in the corner of my eye and when i look over there she was gone, many of my family members say the same thing happens to them occasionally.
When i was a kid even younger than the last instance, my mom told me i would run to her terrified saying i saw satan in a ball of fire above my door, this happened multiple times apparently, it finally stopped when my parents went into my room and prayed, it really freaked me out when they told me haha, she said she didnt want to scare me by telling me, thats all the instances i can recall in my life.

Now my mom on the other hand has had a LOT of dealings with ghosts, even to this day. To give some history when she was a kid she lived in a tiny house in mexico, her mother was having terrible nightmares everynight, one day they discovered pentagrams in the walls and found out that satanists lived in the house before, they didnt stay long after that. Later in life my mom bought a pack of tarot cards, she thought they were cool, the night she bought them her bed started shaking rapidly and my dad wouldnt wake up, she than got rid of them, she had several times when blue orbs would fly around her face at night in her room, not sure if they were like what i saw as a kid. Another instance for her was in the middle of the night a huge black shape was at the end of her bed, she said it looked like an angel and she wasnt scared at all, it than vanished.

My grandma had an incident she told me about, when she was in germany and my grandad was at work she saw a black floating head outside her window, she was scared and put her head under the covers, when she looked again it had became a humans face, she went under her covers again, the third time she looked it was a floating pigs head, after that she jumped out of bed and got on her knees and prayed, they never appeared again after that.

My sister has also seen things, we went to cave of the winds in colorado when we were kids, when we were in the caves my sister said she saw a little indian boy high up on the rocks in the cave, she was going to yell for him to get down but he vanished when she was about to yell, thats all i know of from her experiences.

If you read all this than i thank you and i would love to hear your experiences, please do not reply saying they are crazy or imagining things, if you dont believe in ghosts or angels and demons than this isnt the post for you. I dont know why but a lot of my family seems to have paranormal abilities like were just more intune than most with it, i think personality types might have a role in it, maybe more intuitive types like infps and infjs, the reason i say that is because me and my sister are infps and my mom and my grandma and my grandad is an infj. I think you are more likely to experience things depending on how open minded you are about them, my dad doesnt believe in any of it and never has any problems, only my mom it seems and me and my sis, even tho my parents sleep in the same bed she is the only one who sees things.

Talk about a thread I would never have expected to find in a forum about pornography and masturbation addiction. What a pleasant surprise though! I like it! The paranormal has long been an interest for me also.

One thing in particular you mentioned stood out to me, how that as a kid your mom said you'd run to her terrified saying you saw satan in a fireball above your door. I never seen anything like that, but I did have strange dreams about the devil.

I used to dream as a kid that the devil was always after me and trying to find me. It was quite frightening. Once in my dream I was crouched down beneath a window in a house, watching as the devil's shadow passed by outside the window.

On another occasion I was outdoors in the wilderness and sensed that the devil had entered into a pack of wild dogs and was in the woods. I could hear them getting closer. I laid down at the base of a tree and pretended to be dead so they would pass by.

On another occasion still, I dreamed again that I was in the wilderness and the devil was close, so again I laid down and pretended to be dead, hoping he'd not find me. But he did. I opened my eyes and he was in the form of a black panther standing over me, staring into me.

Eventually those dreams stopped, thank God.

  3. Those arent ghosts, they are demons!

    Smart ladies!

  4. I dont believe I've ever had any experiences quite like these, but I do think one of my "spiritual gifts" is "distinguishing of spirits." I've always been really sensitive to people's spiritual walk, like I can feel where they are at on their journey sometimes. I kind of wish I wasnt like that, sometimes, though, because I spend a lot of nights feeling scared in my house because I just feel so strongly like there is something there. I've never actually seen anything though, except in really vivid, horrifying dreams that leave me with sleep paralysis sometimes.

But usually I pray and imagine the angels that God has protecting me, and that helps me to get to sleep. One time I was sitting on the couch because I couldn't sleep, and I didnt see anything with my eyes, but i got such a clear mental picture of an angel and a demon fighting behind me. I tried to draw it, so I would remember, but I absolutely suck at drawing. Lol could have just been my imagination and my own paranoia, but I definitely believe in the spiritual realm, so all of those times I feel something watching me or whatever could totally be real.

I get the curiosity, but man, I do not understand why anyone would play around with things like tarot cards or ouija boards. No thanks. I have zero interest in inviting demonic presence further into my life.

This happened maybe about 10 years ago. I think I was somewhere around the age of 15. My older brother and I had a few friends over and one of them was a very proud to be Athiest, so we discretely pulled a prank on him. We all decided to sit down and watch Office Space but before my older brother noticed that we had one of those awfully put together, really cheesy, Jesus dvd’s people like to pass around during Halloween. So my brother told him we are gonna watch Office Space but instead the Jesus dvd was in instead. Looking back at this incident I find it very humorous, but at the time it was quite unsettling. So as you can imagine “BAM” right off the back big ass letters spelling Jesus slams the screen with really cheesy lighting and golden clouds in the background. Immediately our friend said something close to “I am not watching this”, I can’t remember his exact words. He proceeded to get up out of the sofa we all sat in but one of our friends said “quick grab him, don’t let him go” so that’s exactly what we did, being the silly teenagers we were. So we held him down acting like a bunch of crazed religious folks like “this boy gonna get some Jesus weather he like it or not”. After for maybe about five seconds of him struggling to get off the sofa he suddenly went dead still. His whole body locked up and he was stiff as hell. Very faintly we heard him begin to growl. It was fucking weird. We all let go and he launched himself out of the sofa and went to the ground on his fours and began coughing like a mother fucker and curled himself up. My brother paused the dvd and eventually maybe after a minute he got up off the ground and resumed his seat on the sofa. We were all just dumb founded. One of our friends asked him, “what the hell was that?” and I remember him saying he was kidding. Our friends wouldn’t even sit near him. It was so bizarre, it was so out of character, it was just fucking wack. Nothing about that moment portrayed “kidding” at all.

I am actually still with this guy.

I was praying back about a decade ago...but it wasn’t a normal sort of prayer. You see, I was on a prayer-walk. I wasn’t just praying & walking, I was walking in a prayer.

My meditation was upon the deer, how a deer will visit the same spots over and over as though it is one of their favourite peaceful places. Such is the image of the word haunted. So I kept on prayer-walking, pondering about how a deer will haunt a meadow. I then felt the presence of the Spirit of God, I knew that I could make a request...so I prayed a silent prayer in my heart...

    “God, will you haunt me?”

And I kept on going, the fog thick around me in the forest. I wondered about what it would be like to be haunted by God as a meadow is haunted by a deer. My heart burst with love as it opened to thoughts about being one of His favourite places. Then, just as I was beginning to think if He would grant my request to haunt me, I turned a corner in the woods...

    ...and there was a deer.

It stood silent in the cloak of fog in the middle of a meadow. It heard me coming but it did not run away.

I knew, at that moment, God had heard my prayer and answered me.

    I was haunted.

I stayed in an orphanage in Mexico (volunteer work), and there was a week straight where the tables and chairs would move around and make noise in the cafeteria every morning at exactly 3am. I happen to live directly above the kitchen, so I could hear the "activity" every time. The doors were locked, and the cooks didn't come until 5 in the morning, so it was quite unlikely that anybody could have been in there doing any of it. It eventually stopped after a bunch of the staff went and prayed against/rebuked any spirits that were causing the commotion.

It was actually one of the scariest things I've had to deal with, especially since I was living alone in that room. And I'm still convinced that I "invited" the spirits to come there in the first place, because I decided to play music that was demonic in nature, as well as M'ing to P on my phone. This was all within the same day, and the whole ordeal literally started the next night/morning.

  11. Hmm well if he does not have the holy spirit living in him it is very possible a demon is living in him instead, it likely reacted that way so it would not have to watch it anymore.

  12. very interesting.

  13. mexico is known for demonic activity, like i said in my story the old shack with pentagrams in the walls, my mom told me on halloween in mexico when she was a kid, they would tell everyone in the town to keep their animals locked up that night, apparently a lot of satanists would hold sacrifice rituals in the desert for satan at night, and you run a risk of them taking your pets.

Yeah, it seems like there's a lot of dark history in Mexico, and it really allows for strange stuff to happen if you open the doors for it. I have to say that the experience strengthened my faith quite a bit, and made the spiritual realm seem so much more real

2 years ago, I was really deep in demonology (read my username lol) but I didn't really believe in any of that crap so I decided to summon a demon and see for myself. Kinda cliche but not exactly.

I won't outline the steps taken for the ritual but it wasn't an ouija board, nor a pentagram invocation. It was rather basic and involved the demon's sigil, water, a mirror, candles and chalk. Their usage will remain vague but I'm sure you get the general idea.

I attempted to summon a demon that "bestows insight into the enigmas of knowledge and mortal persuasion". Obviously, I'm also keeping the name hidden but I got its info from a well known grimoire.

All sources that I read stated that in order to summon such an entity, I must pray to Satan and accept him as my master, but I didn't take that approach because I'm not an idiot. I just wanted visible proof behind the superstitions.

This demon required no sacrifice nor custom and I just began a rudimentary session. (I don't recommend anyone do that because without a pentagram seal, doing so is said to be unsafe. This is why I kept cold water; it is the demon's weakness.)

It was night and past midnight (Idrc about the time tbh; the place just needed to be dark) and nothing happened for a quite a few minutes. I tired again, and that's when things really escalated.

The paper the sigil had been printed on started to wrinkle up (it was at my feet, flat on the ground) a bit but all i could tell from was the sound because it was dark and I didn't use as many candles as recommended (the more you use, the greater the demon's apparition's power is said to be).

But I just stood still and nothing else happened for a bit, at which point I was satisfied (and scared shitless) with the proof and very, very ready to end the ritual. Showing fear is a great insult to demons so I just closed my eyes and focused on my sense of touch.

But when I opened them, one of the candles went out and that was it for me. I broke my silence, turned on the lights, threw water on my face and said "I relinquish all association with you. Begone."

And that was it. And guess what- the paper was crumpled up very slighly from 3 corners. I burnt it and threw holy water on the ashes I managed to collect.

My conclusion: demons are real, don't mess with them, God is almighty. Amen.

    Exorcise that motherfucker.
Samael, Pazuzu and Azrael are 3 demons who target and thrive in the bodies of possessed individuals. And Pazuzu is a demon price (like Satan). You really don't want to meet any of these 3. I'm no expert but I've read enough to know that a possession is best stopped asap.

The Lord's Prayer is a very powerful charm if you feel like you're being attacked.

I may sound like a lunatic going on a rant about demons but if you read Solomon's Lesser Key, you'd be scared too.

  17. interesting story, i have to stay away from that stuff, i have always been drawn to the dark, it has so many mysteries and exciting things, but as a christian i must stay away from that stuff.

  18. There were some ghosts back at a house I used to live in during college with a bunch of friends, they smelled like stale beer whenever they appeared. I saw them once when I was sitting on the couch. Somebody sat next to me (could feel the cushion depress) and I smelled stale beer and saw a person out of the corner of my eye but when I turned in that direction nobody was there. These ghosts also appeared to a woman in the house, in her mirror. Scared her to death, but since the ghosts seemed harmless, I kind of enjoyed them.

Also once saw a mirror start bleeding. I told that to my gf at the time, and she made remove every single mirror in the house.

Christianity has nothing to do with it.
    What's bad is bad.

I'm not a Christian but I believe in Jesus nonetheless. If demons exist, it stands to reason Angels and divine agencies do as well.

  20. hmm very interesting, never heard of bleeding mirrors outside of horror movies.
