    Someone give me a tip to not masturbate on bed tonight, and I can’t do 10 pushups before bed lol, they’ll block me from sleeping.

  4. I find when I go to bed, I like to read for a little bit. It helps to relax me and also avoid watching any porn before i go to sleep.

    I have laid awake in my bed all night many times during this reboot. Trust me, feeling dead and exhausted the next morning is a far greater feeling than feeling ashamed and broken.
     
  8. Absolutely, it's amazing how simply lying in bed can be like world war 3.
    For those of us who have always struggled the most while going to sleep, this can be very tough. But it can be done. Eventually, with persistence, a new healthy routine can be achieved.
    For me, it was the new morning routine that saved me, up at 4am, coffee, sketching and writing, and then posting on nofap and corresponding with my sponsor, which now sets the tone for the rest of the day towards recovery.
     
  9. Yeah that’s so true. One thing I’ve done is listen to an audiobook/podcast I really like until I’m dead tired, then go to sleep. I’ve had many nights where I listen for an hour plus and am exhausted, but at least I didn’t relapse! Feels good to win a battle.
