If you're using something to get off, then isn't that pornography? Your mind is making a distinction between the two to justify the act. It seems the brain is always playing dirty tricks to get what it wants. It doesn't matter if you're fapping to hardcore porn or a girl in her underwear, you're reinforcing the same neural pathways and behaviors. You're only making it harder on yourself if you continue to fap to sexy girls.

 

Keep trying, you'll overcome this with time! I had the same problem. I had stopped looking at porn, but would still jump on Facebook and look at girls, which would eventually lead to masturbation. I made very little progress. The only solution for me was to start over, but this time I deactivated all my social media accounts. That one extra step made all the difference. Good luck!
