    I made it back to 30 days sober today off p***. I've reached this Hallmark six times in the past two years. Every single time I got there, I relapsed with my longest streak being 33 days.

    Today is day 30, and I had a pretty shity day. A few things got canceled, it's a thousand degrees outside and I have nothing to do. Prime time to jerk off to some nasty ass fetish p***

    Instead though, I got up and I just started saying to no one in particular, "Fuck you asshole, this is my testosterone. Ima use it for something worthy." And then I started walking around my apartment like I was about to get into the ring. I'm just so done giving away my energy and my soul to some pixels and some damage b**** who's trying to pay for her next boob job or just try to get by in life. I'm not going to contribute to an industry that really doesn't give anything back to society. Fuck all that noise.

    I'm off to the gym and I'm going to work out until they close.

    I work out three times a week.

    1-Shoulder, arms, and triceps
    2- Chest and back
    3- Legs and yoga

    I do the Body Beast bulk workouts for now (In particular Chest, arms, and Shoulders) but some September it's time for fight training, again, which means i'm trading the weights for the insanity DVD, and i'm gonna kick my own ass all the way to January, then I have a fight.

    Early on in my reboot, I always found myself relapsing due (or at least influenced) by the 'wait' for x or y days to fullfil that goal.

    Just plan on going Hardmode for 6 months or a year. Once you get to that goal, the chances of relapsing would lessen as you wouldn't want to 'ruin' your long streak. Every time you hit 6 months or so, tell yourself now you're going to hit the next 6, and so on.
