Can drinking coffe(Yerba mate in my case) stop your body from transmuting your life energy? Im asking because in Chinese tradicional medicine its said that Chi energy is in the kidneys and coffe "stimulates" this area ..

Nice question brother. Coffee can drain your kidneys and it makes you need to drink more water or you can get dehydrated. A small amount of caffeine in the morning should be fine, if you drink extra water with it.
