It's been one thing to give up going to porn sites and not touch myself - limited success there. But I'm finding the mind part more of a challenge. Can't help but have these thoughts - I'll have them basically every day on any streak. Dreams sometimes, too. Any advice on getting away from the fantasy? This is more of a mind game than I thought it was going to be.

Take your mind off of it and do other things. Meditate, read, work out, pursue hobbies or self-improvement. I am currently 42% finished with reading your brain on porn and I have so much power in knowledge that I know I'm not going to relapse(I've lost too much time to fapping already). For fantasies though, we all have them. A good metaphor for nagging thoughts is baddies in Diablo 3. You have to beat them back, or they beat your ass. Fantasies are only going to affect you if you let them. Having those thoughts pop up in your head is normal. You're basically detoxing from that way of thinking. Just keep them arms length and don't entertain them. Hope this helps, good luck!

Bro thinking is the major cause of relapse. keep ur mind busy in other activities. like when we have lots of workload in office we forget abt eating and drinking water because we r so busy in our work and our mind is just concentrated on one thinh that we have to complete our job. same like keep urself busy doing something it ll help. more u think abt sex more difficult it will become.
