I’m almost forty years old I found out that I’m addicted to porn I didn’t know the porn is addiction and it has symptoms I was living in hell because of that and I didn’t know why?
add the Depression - loss of passion for life - introversion - escape from problems through drugs So I become addicted the porn & drugs both together until I discovered a book ( your brain on porn ) and from it to this form
I think this time is different
