    But i suggest you to not watch manga or anime, because you know and i know anime is lit, right? Goku being ultra instinct and Vegeta slapping the sh*t out of beerus and saying "MY BULMAAA" but. Don't watch anime, i relapsed probbaly a bunch because of anime and that's why i'm not into watching anime all day like i used too.

    I love that you almost made 2 weeks of abstaining from PMO, that's great! I get it though, it sucks because you relapsed, because you gave it your all but it didin't succeed. Being mad at yourself because you failed is good, but don't beat yourself up like self-harming yourself with a razorblade, that's not worth it at all, you have to know and study your mistakes so it won't happen again.

    I know you can succeed, if you believe you can.
    If you put your hard dedication to it, efforts and strategies to it.

    Me and @ForceMaster are always here to support you, maybe i'm not around because i got alot of busy things to do.

    I have a rule which determines If I've relapsed... "If I conjured up those urges, then I relapsed."

    From the very beginning, I have known Anime and Manga are the ones that lead me to PMO. But I always closed my eyes to that fact. With Anime, I managed to lower my use of it, so with Manga. The past month I was only watching Hunter x Hunter (not that triggering), and this October I'm reading Yu Yu Hakusho. But the app I use to read manga always pops up sexual content I can not handle... When it comes to anime, it's no longer a problem; I quittted it a long time ago, but this year I wanted to see HxH again. I seldom watch anime. But manga it's what trigger me the most.
    I can keep up going, but only by doing two things:
    1. Not manga apps; I always open manga apps on the mornings. Manga apps lead to PMO.
    2. Be careful on the mornings; on the mornings I have many urges. After that, I barley get urges.

    I will show later my new plan. I have been on PMO for long time, so I know what not to do.

    The Unbreakable Plan.

    Here's the thing:

    If you have ever read The Power of Habit, then you have some notions on how habits work. Here is an image which ilustrate how habits works.

    Here's a quick summary:

    Cue

    A cue is something triggers the routine section of the habit loop. A cue could be something like seeing a packet of cigarettes, seeing chocolate or in a better case, getting home from work.

    But essentially, the cue is a trigger. The original stimulus that causes the following actions take place.


    Routine

    The routine is the part of the habit loop where the actions take place. It could be smoking the cigarette, eating the chocolate or going for a run. All the actions, no matter whether right or wrong are involved in the routine section of the habit loop.

    Reward
    The best part of the habit comes at the end. The reward comes in many different forms; it could be: the buzz from the nicotine in the cigarette or the serotonin released in the brain from eating chocolate or the endorphins released from going on a run.

    This is how habits work.

    Now We know how they work, let's see mine:

    Cue: My cue is opening manga app as soon as I wake up. Then it triggers me, and finally make me want to look at P (pornography) and S.P. (Sub-porn; manhwa, doujins, hentai).
    Routine: My routine is obvious, start looking at more S.P or P. It could also be to masturbate.
    Reward: I am not gonna mention this, we all know what is the reward.

    So, it works like this:

    Cue
    Manga apps

    Routine
    Look at P or S.P.

    Reward
    You know what the reward is...

    How am I gonna stop this? Here's the plan:

    I mostly have urges in the mornings, it means that if I find a way to avoid that, then I have already won...
    I have most of my mornings free, which is a problem considering I have most of my urges in the morning, So If I wake up full of urges and go and open a manga app, then it's obvious what's gonna happen... Urges + Manga app = Cue. But there's a way to stop this. That is to block my smartphone with the most effective apps for blocking smartphones, Detox.

    Detox will allowes me to block my smartphone until my urges are gone. I wil block my smartphone the day before, so when I wake up my smartphone will be blocked. I have used this app before, and let me tell you that it is really effective when it comes to block devices.
    By using this app, there will be not longer a cue, and by not existing a cue, then there's no routine, and my reward will be to not have relapsed.
    You may wondering what I am going to do in the afternnons and evenings... Well, nothing, I mean, not essentially nothing. I am busy in the afternoons; I have classes and assignments to complete. And in the evenings I occupy all my time with my relatives and doing math and programming until I go to bed.

    What about Anime and Manga?

    As I mentioned before, I seldom watch anime. And when I want to watch it, I only watch those I consider were outstinding, like Hunter x Hunter, Made in Abyss, Mob Physco 100, One Punch Man and those.
    About Manga, I'm currently reading Yu Yu Hakusho, which I will stop it until December due to I have so much assignments. After all of that, I will not be using manga apps never again. There are a few others I want to read, like Neverland, One Punch Man, Made in Abyys and Hunter x Hunter, but I will not reading them throught a manga app.

    This is a simple plan, but effective to my understanding. All my PMO starts on manga apps, so I just have to quite them. Anime is not a problem. And manga... If apply the same criteria as with Anime, then there's no problem. But just in case, I will be using this app to protect myself from any sexual ad (Truple Web Filter); try searching any sexual content, it will not happen nothing, that is the power of that app. But please do not do that. The app works really well, but there's no point on triggering yourselves.
    Anyway I'm not into Manga until December.

    In summary, not manga apps + Detox = not relapse.

    WoW Dude this is really insightful stuff , im gonna use this reward habit cycle in my own routine , to let go of procrastinating and slacking off during the afternoons, it's awesome that you're tackling pmo from this psychological or scientific angel , leaving no room for it to survive in your life force field, when we as men redirect the sexual energy into doing something , we will be unstoppable , i red that women can since whichever man is carrying the most amount of seamen and testosterone and masculine energy and are drawn to him like moth to a light bulb , as they can feel the masculine vibration radiating throw the aura or energy field , it's time to preserve some seamen to magnetize females, lol :emoji_smile::emoji_pineapple::emoji_basketball_player::emoji_rocket:

    Yes, running is healthy and fun. Good thing you made a good start with a running session, i wish i can run but my place is pretty downhill and many bikes/cars are always driving in a left, right and straight, but i'm a little bit too afraid to take the risk of getting hit by a car.

    Keep it up man, btw do you have any articles or favourite youtubers that talks about mental health or just nofap youtubers. I have one youtuber, that is most likely a motivator but i wan't search more nofap youtubers!

    The plan is presenting some problems. Detox app failed(Before I thought it was my fault for not setting properly the hours, but it seems the app cannot work with long periods). I set it up for 9 hours and when I woke up my phone was not lock, I had urges and I couldn't resist it, Looked at some pics; but I stopped.
    The plan is still moving forward; I'll use another app which not have bugs. You can't trust technology nor people (me lol). I know it can work.
    Keep strong guys! This slip up is not enough to stop me from my purpose. The hard part about this is telling you guys how I fail

    I'm always getting that risk, I go jogging to the highway.

    I do not follow nofap YouTubers. I've seen various in YouTube, but I do not get motivated to follow one.
