Since yesterday I started not masturbating, a couple of months ago I remember i went 2 complete weeks without masturbating and i feel so awesome so I´ll try to not masturbate at least 4 months, anybody has any advice on how to not relapse?
I haven´t masturbated for 2 days and i feel so powerful and full of energy, I wonder what will happen when I achieve my goal of 4 months.
