Going for a new streak

Want to match if not improve my last streak of 16 days NoFap. I'm looking at being healthier for my mental. I usually work 48 to 56 hours a week and while i like making the money, its not good for my mental and probably wouldn't be good for NoFap as you would tend to get more stressed out. i want to limit or go away from caffeine take supplement eat healthy and run almost everyday.

 

Hey thanks for the two replies I only understand English so I wasn't able to make out what you said but im going to try to post in the reply what my day is and how I was feeling. I'm ending day 6 and I had some pretty strong cravings like I was going to jerk off on day 7 because my therapist says its always okay but I know I don't have to do that and I want better. I figured actually getting on here and writing something could then make me feel better about going another day tomorrow so I'm doing that.

 

Thanks I had a relapse too but I'm trying to stay strong for the next one.
