    Dear all,

    I dont watch porn ussualy but did it 2 times this week. This morning i tried to have sex but it was very dissapointing.

    After switching positions i went soft and couldnt get hard. She finished me with a handjob. I do mastrubate alot like 1-2 times every day. Can anyone advise me?

    I recommend you wait until you fully reboot, and recover, before even trying to have sex. Also, you should download porn filters and adult content blockers so your chance of relapsing goes down. Also distract your mind from triggers and urges, and keep your mind busy! Don't give up! :)

    You're welcome. And yes, masturbating does mess you up in the head because masturbating can turn into an addiction. And it doesn't matter how much porn you watch, the more erotic content you block, the better.

    I don't have porn addiction but I do have masturbation addiction. It definitely can mess up your brain. Addictions are addictions no matter what

    Today i just hit day 2, no urges at all, noticed no morning erections wich i normally had.
    One thing i find weard is that my morning woods used to be rock hard while during sex it was like 60-85% compared to the morning woods.
