Going through a quarter life crisis... I guess

Hey, i am new here, found about Nofap today and as i said i'm in mid twenties. I do not have a porn addiction but i do read erotic stories every 2-3 months and masturbation is also a problem for me, it gives me anxiety but not something very serious... So far.
But I am tired of all the guilt that follows and a feeling of low self esteem and want to get rid of it. I have big ambitions for my life and having self control is crucial for me at this point and in these times. So hoping this will be a positive experience.
