Going to sleep

    Hi,

    For me the hardest time is when I'm trying to fall asleep...my mind begins to wander, and usually some fantasies begin to form.
    Had my last MO relapse yesterday after I woke up at 4 AM, couldn't fall back asleep without, and with a big exam today just staying awake wasn't a good option.

    Any advice how to get around that? I know that physical exhaustion helps me, but while this works most of the time there are some days when I just don't have the time to do enough sport.

  2. It is a habit as much as anything. Just something we're used to doing and you need to break that habit. We don't need it, we won't die without it. There are some good mindfulness and medication apps you can get. Try some of those as they often have meditations that help you fall asleep.
