    Good afternoon everybody. Here is 15:44 in Guangzhou, China.
    It's my first time in an English forum. Actually I am quite nervous.
    I'm here hoping to learn and share with you. I think I know very little about what you called "nofap", but I am trying hard to stop masturbating so often for it made me feel tired all the time. So I don't konw whether I'm getting in a right place.

    不知道你们来自哪里呢？国内找不到像样的戒色论坛呀，有一些也没什么人气，所以到这里来看看...
