Good at-home workouts to try at home?

    COVID19 cases are going up in my area, and I refuse to work out in a gym wearing a mask. I am vaccinated, but it's still aggravating. I am around 5'10" 218 lbs. with a BMI of 31.9. Anyone here have advice for home workouts to try that aren't too strenuous but yet still push me?

    I only train at home, I don’t know, but for me I don’t like it when strangers look at me, yes,I’am an introvert,but training and working at home gives me more efficiency.I ordered a horizontal bar and parallel bars, as well as a few dumbbells, and that's enough for me.
