Good, Better, and Best Plan (90 Day)

    Today, November 30th, I will start my 90 Day battle of overcoming the battle of the mind, body, and spiritual weakening I've experienced this last month!

    Good:


    I am aware that my sexual addiction of choice lies in this order:
    • Fantasizing
    • Porn
    • Masturbation / Edging
    I am also aware that I am a big daydreamer, and currently on a personal improvement journey, while healing my wounds from various problems:
    • Homelessness
    • Codependency
    • Depression
    • Daydreaming
    • Porn, Fantasizing, Masturbation
    I am also aware that my problems intensify when I am under stress, deadliness, frustrations, or overexposure.

    BETTER

    Although I am trying to keep it simple, I have quite a few tool box items for recovery.

    • 12 Step - Religious Group
    • Online Support Group
    • CBT Therapy & A Coach
    • Journaling
    • Personal and Professional Development
    • A Self Care Plan
    • Low Stress Employment
    • Quiet Time Alone

    As I move through my pain, I feel the biggest lifts in life I receive is doing something that I love and enjoy. I have abstained from joy for the sake of career, family, and have a lot of raw talent and untapped gifts.

    • Learning to Cook
    • Mentoring
    • Writing & Speaking
    • Art

    I believe the underlining urge to soothe my pain comes from trauma and not living my purpose. I shall work with a team to heal and thrill by getting help and being my true self!
