Hello everyone and a special hello to whoever is reading this right now - I appreciate it. I've been looking at porn for as long as I remember, probably since I was 12, I'm 20 now. I've been diagnosed with HOCD and went through a horrible depression phase a couple years ago. Porn has ruined everything in my life and because of it I've never been able to get close to any girl that had shown an interest in me, luckily last month I was able to meet up with my long distance girlfriend for a weekend and it felt great, but not as good as it could've been as I felt the negative effects of porn in real life for the first time... Porn has also worsened my ocd to an almost suicidal mental state. So here I am today, ready to take on the challenges of a reboot in order to become a better version of myself. Wish me luck!

I had too much free time on my hands and spent most of it on my own, it was easy to watch porn. I'd do it when I felt bad, but also when I felt good and eventually it became part of my routine - almost like a chore. Right now I'm trying not to be alone for too long and occupying my time with enjoyable, distracting activities near friends and family. I've been "clean" for a few days now, aiming for at least 30.
