Great read about emotional honesty

I thought this was a great read . I’ve always been such an open honest person in every way to a fault . It’s gotten me really hurt going allll the way back to age 8 . I always thought it should be easy for people . What I’ve learned over the years , PA literally stunted my SO from being able to find the tools to be emotionally honest , never mind USE the tools . I’m gonna send him this today

 

Id like to ask the PA , if you were to be asked an uncomfortable question regarding recovery , what’s the way /time you like it to be approached to make you WANT to answer honestly ? And for the SO , how do you settle your nerves before asking questions?
