Great start contest!!

Hi folks, I'm in my fist 15hrs or so of becoming a fapstronaught(sp?) or is it nofapstronaught?

Either way I'm 42, married to a hot wife who is very understanding and cooperative (everyone should get one of these) and I've been addicted since I was 7. So here's the contest:
Come up with what my first 3 steps (or more)should be so I can go a week, 2 weeks and more without fapping! Winner gets a thumbs up from yours truly.

First of all welcome to the community!
I can't tell you what will work for you personally because everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. I am not very religious for the most part but I know a lot of guys turn to that. I can tell you what I did to start.
Step 1. I deleted all my porn videos and put blocks on my computer and tablet.
Step 2. I found a way to STAY BUSY. I started to read more, exercise, and socialize.
Step 3. Find out who you really want to be in life. Now this part is very broad and really never ends, there are many topics on here about fapstronauts goals and such, chime in wherever you see fit.
Basically try to be better off today than you were yesterday. This is my take on it, hope this helps. Good luck on your journey! Stay strong.

I'm new to the site as well, so I have no advice, I'll be looking at the responses for help as well, I just wanted to say, I'm excited your on this journey as well, keep up the good work, we can beat this man, I believe in you!
