    Jocko is amazing. Guy is full of knowledge from real life experiences. I respect him to the highest level. Amazing human being.
    Have you ever watched Elliot Hulse's videos? Also very informative. You can take a lot of information on his videos from fasting and apply it to your sexual fasting of NoFap.
