Greetings and Hello!

Hey everyone!
This is my first day at NoFap, and I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon this site. Reddit is the main culprit for my PMO, so I am very glad for this external outlet. I am a computer artist who works from home, so as you can imagine the temptation is great. Not only do I work on the computer, I am also alone for a great majority of the day. I am here because PMO has negatively effected my work and destroyed my productivity. It has significantly effected the affection I give my significant other, and has become a constant nuisance. Even though I am tempted right now, I feel motivated by just being here.
