Groin pain and discomfort after 9 days of no PMO. Withdrawal symptoms?

    It's been almost 9 days of no PMO. But from a day, my groin is hurting. Not the testicles but I feel some very weird pressure at the perineum. Sometimes, constant need to urinate but I only pass a little

    Are there common withdrawal symptoms? Are there more? Any suggestions to control this(Cus my mind is really playing me here. Constant feeling that if I jerk off, the uncomfortable feeling will go. But I won't. I'm staying strong and not yielding to my trickster mind)

    I guess It's part of the recovery bro, I had felt that weird feeling too and some pain that lasted a day on my 10th day of reboot. You just have to endure it bro and it will go away. Having Cold showers really helped me and the pain never came back up to this day. Just Hold on and don't give in as your mind will really play tricks on you. God bless! be strong!

    Sounds normal to me. I'm starting this journey again, but I went three weeks without PMO five years ago (mainly because it gave me ED and I didn't want it on my vacation with my then girlfriend). It felt like I had to pee a lot too, and my groin hurt often. When I did finally do the deed, it actually hurt because I had stopped for so long.

    My plan now is to never M again. Sounds crazy, but I've honestly had enough. Stick in there and don't give in. The discomfort should go away.

    Thanks for this. Yeah, I had a good night's sleep and the discomfort has almost gone. Will try cold shower

    I've had bowel movement problems for some time, I don't think I would associate it with masturbation. Haven't seen any change since I stopped

    Haha, yeah man. Though me and my GF are virgins, I've had PIED when trying to receive a handjob. Not the best occurence in the world

    Just go to the bathroom when you have to and try to ignore it. I thought about using ice, but never got around to trying it. Not sure if it'd work anyway.
