I read a bit about nofap but did not put a lot of faith in the benefits of it but decided to try anyways as the boost in testosterone would help with my exercise. After about 5 days i started to become much more alert and had more energy during exercise and the rest of my day, even my backpain disappeared. I reasoned that these benefits was from the increase in my exercise and not nofap.

So after almost three weeks i relapsed and let me tell you that it sucked. I got tired a lot faster did not have any motivation to go out running and my damned back pain was back worse then before. i now regret that i did not continue.

As i have now started up again and am on my 3rd day again does someone have any tips about what to do when you get super horny especially in the morning as that was what broke my resolve.

Depending on the level of your libido, this may or may not work.

Go for a walk and then take a cold shower. Listen to music that lifts the spirit. Go out there and talk to friends, family, or date if you're not in a relationship. And work!

Glad to see you found so many great benefits. Most of those are how you are supposed to be normally. Isn't it great? The back pain is puzzling. Maybe you spend less time sitting, more time moving around, when not habitually using P?

Very common, and I know from experience, a difficult problem to break. The only thing you can do is get up right away, take control of your thoughts, and get occupied doing normal things. Try to get that sleep cycle regulated so you get a good rest. Keep a regular bed time, don't use screens right before bed, that kind of thing.

Hope for your sake you stick with it.

My job involves heavy lifting that often results in soft back pain but after relapsing it was a day of one of the worst pains in my lower back ive felt in a long time.

Might have been a somewhat sore back that got worse after the muscle contractions related to orgasm.

Makes more sense. Or maybe the two are unrelated, but you're less emotionally resilient to deal with it. I know it's a platitude, but lift with your legs & put some heat on it.

Remember when you relapse to write down how you feel on paper and set it as your wall paper putt it everywhere in life in your pocket and it will help. Write down who you want to become and do the same thing
