I'm recovering from some PIED. Feel like I'm getting there. About a month of no masturbation. Although, I admit I have watched some porn, I quickly turn it off. It's still a work in progress, but I'm trying very hard to completely rid my life of it. Once I started to see progress it's gotten easier because every time I get the urge I ask myself "is it worth losing your hard work for this?", and the answer is always "no, of course not". The main reason I'm making this post however is to share some stuff that I think is helping aid recovery. Working out seems to be helping a lot. Even going on walks/jogs seems to be helpful, but especially doing lower body/ core movements like squats, ab exercises, hamstring and hip flexor stretches, even pull up and push ups help stabilize the core. Anything that gets blood flowing in the legs is good, and core strengthening is good for the pelvic floor muscles. Just thought I'd share for anyone interested, keep fighting the good fight guys!
