It's been a VERRYYY long time since I last open this forum.
And turns out I literally found the 'key' (at least for me) to abstain from PMO easily.

Simply put, the key is to
    JUST FORGET IT.

Yes. I said it. I said that you should just forget it.

    But what's 'it' anyway?

Well, everything related to your addiction, including nofap. Feels bad to say this but it works for me.

    So how does it work?
Well, it's common sense. You forget something, then you stop thinking about it, then you stop stressing yourself of it, and you're free from it.

But sadly it's not as simple as that.

To forget it, you must have a purpose. And this purpose MUST be very riveting to you, that you're haunted by it and it becomes the undying vicious fire that lits you up day and night, making you wake up and fall asleep excited by the thoughts of it.

And it's not easy to find that right purpose. You must know who you are and what you want in life, and make it as clear as possible. Know your damn mission. And that's your purpose.

That's basically it. I still relapse now and then, but I've been quiet smooth in my streaks lately, and that's because I've found my purpose and I'm eager for it, I pursue it as if my life depends on it. I barely think of abstaining from porn and masturbation, because I found more exciting and fun things to fill my thoughts with. And this also leads to my epiphany, where I've really convinced myself strongly that porn and masturbation is a rubbish way to get pleasure, and it's not worth spending a second for it. It's not worth it AT ALL. Life is fucking huge and there's too much thing to explore with such a very short time. Life is incredibly fun bros. There's so much thing you can do.

Once you find your mission, you'll stop thinking about your goddamn addiction, and it's just not a part of your life anymore. But you gotta be very clear yourself. PMO is not a part of your life anymore. It's not an option anymore. Say to yourself strongly, 'I'm a new me.'

So I'll leave it at that. I'm not exaggerating at all, and this is probably the best advice I would ever give to y'all.

Explore yourself, find your mission, pursue it, go all the way, and explore the world.

    LIFE IS AWESOMEEEEE
