    To respond to your question: I have no idea, that's a medical question, but it seems pretty unlikely to me. Still, I would ask a doctor about that.

    Its impossible to tell for sure, but I was suspecting that early PMO may have caused mine. My theory was that the hormonal imbalance caused by PMO caused it. Mine showed up during puberty (one-sided) and no matter what it didn't disapear until I had surgery.

    Haha soy will do it. But if there are actualy hard glands that you can move under your skin, this is not something that will go away. An excess buildup of fat, where there is no rock thing under your nipple, may, IMO, be helped if noFap boosts your testosterone.
