    I am so thankful to my fucking brain that after a hry for reaching 1 week plus , I finally reached 18 days without hardly any urges or erections. I Started experiencing my benifits on day 17 after I took my afternoon nap and wake up I was hit out of the blue with motivation and energy to do anything and feeling so happy . and after that day when I fking went to sleep and thought I am so great now , bamm ___ my fking brain forcefully ejaculated , and the blow was literally just massive . it was so thick I almost freaked out. Now all my motivation and energy is gone. I remember that I have to prepare for a test and yesterday I was studying so hard leaving my phone And PC aside but Today I have no motivation to prepare for it. Yesterday that test was a goal for me and I had to score good marks but today it feels like it has become an obstace and somehow I have to overcome. Have you guys experienced the same thing. When does you usually recover from wet dreams and I know its stupid but can it be prevented anyhow. Please helpp

    Don't worry about it. From my understanding, you're body has to get rid of the excess somehow. How else is it going to come out if you're abstaining? Another way is for it to come out with your urine.

    I think just because we don't MO doesn't mean our organ will suddenly top producing semen. I'm sure someone with more knowledge can correct me.

    Don't be so tough on yourself. Keep going with your journey.

    It might be a bit of armchair psychology, but it sounds like you're hung up on blaming yourself for having the wet dream, and so that's making you feel down, losing focus and such. I may be wrong, but I don't think the whole "reserve" is ejaculated when a wet dream occurs anyway.

    No way to prevent them that I've ever heard of. They're just something that'll happen that's beyond control. Don't let it get you down.

    Wet dreams trigger the same chemical reaction that waking orgasm does. Usually the person recovers quicker from a wd than from a pmo binge. There are few methods that can help. The 1st is an arduous one of eating no more than 1500 calories per day. After a month or 2 of this your body will go into survival mode sex functions and anything non vital gets temporarily shut down. Buddha used to teach 1 meal a day to eradicate lust. You can also read the Minnesota starvation experiment by ancel keys. Second method is after a week or so of abstaining and u know a wd is coming soon. Use your morning wood to edge for a little bit until you see some precum on the tip then stop. Later in the day when you pee semen will drip out as edging basically loaded the prostate. The reason why you do this with morning wood is because it doesnt activate arousal pathways which porn does. Lastly there is prostate massage which is tough to learn how to do and kind of gross as it involes finger in your ass.
