hand shaking

Hello everyone
I really need your help with this
Does anyone know how to treat hand shakes?
I'm a confident guy but even when I'm relaxed and all my hand just shakes uncontrollablly..and gets worse when I try to do certain tasks
Today for example, in the college's pharmacology lab, I was trying to sew a rabbit's muscle, And I had a hard time doing it,I did it perfectly in the end but it was a little embarrassing
I wasn't anxious at all because it's a regular class and I wasn't under observation from anyone beside my good friends
I can solve all my problems, but this thing, it's just annoying and hard to deal with and it could cause me some embarrassment and trouble later
I get the shakes when my hand is still or moving slow, not fast movement
I think it's parkinson like symptoms, I just want to know if the lack of dopamine is the problem or something else, I read somewere that porn causes parkison like symptoms in some people..but I never seen someone in here talking about this or having the problem
I appreciate any kind of response..you don't need to be a doctor just share your experience it may be helpful

 

Yeah you do. It may be minor but if this has been persistant, you need to talk to someone who can diagnose a neurological condition, especially if youre going to be sewing muscles for a living.

 

I will see a doctor..what I meant is that you don't need to be a doctor to respond..I'm here just to discuss and see if anyone has experience with this
Hahaha no I won't be sewing muscles for a living..we were just testing a certain drug effects on a muscle
