    My fiance and I just watched this incredible video. If you're struggling with a PMO addiction, or you're in a relationship with someone who is struggling, please consider watching it.



    It's by Mark from the NoFap Academy, and he sits down with his fiance Holly and they just talk openly about how difficult it was, but also how working through it together helped bring them closer together. Watching it with my fiance was one of the best steps I've ever taken in my recovery.
