Hey.
I have been practicing calisthenics for 3-4 months now (I don't remember).
I feel pretty motivated with the results I have seen. Not too much on looks, but more on the things I am able to do now, like frogstand which a could not do and was really afraid to fall and hit my face in the ground, or pull ups that I can do 4-6 in a row and could not do a single one when I started.
I am strugglig with handstand. I try to do it in a wall, but the sensation of falling when I do the kick up prevents me from actually doing the kick correctly.
Any practical advice on breating it?
Best regards.
