Hangover depression

    Im around 30yo and experiencing super hard alcohol depressions. I almost died last time I got hammered. I went to AA and discovered its withdrawal symptoms. Anyonw experiencing hangovers so much?

    How much are you drinking per day? If it's real alcohol withdrawal, the depression should kick in a couple of hours after your last drink. You will also have tremors, anxiety, insomnia or when severely addicted you can get delirium tremens or die of seizures. You say you almost died so you must have had severe withdrawals and a severe addiction to alcohol right? Try to quit this habit cold turkey and let the doctor prescribe you Librium.
